Our Workplace Employee Well-being Service promotes physical, mental, and emotional health by providing:
- Resources on mental health, exercise, stress management, and work–life balance.
- Workplace stress and burnout prevention through workshops, relaxation techniques, and practical support.
- Confidential counselling, assessments, support groups, and treatment referrals for personal or work-related challenges.
- Flexible working, appropriate time off, and healthy boundaries between work and personal life.
- Guidance on workplace conflict, harassment, discrimination, and other concerns.
- Training in diversity, equity, inclusion, recognition, and teamwork.
- CPD training in Mental Health Frist Responder (MHFR) course.
- Surveys to assess effectiveness, identify improvements, and tailor workplace services to employees’ needs.
- Crisis support during emergencies, natural disasters, and public health events.
